Home Instead is a growing private duty home care company that has been in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh since 1999.   We are adding to our support staff as our client base grows.  We are currently recruiting for Client CARE/Service Coordinators to oversee the care and service for a group of assigned clients.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the New Client Launch Process to ensure a positive Client and CAREGiver Experience.
• Conducting periodic care plan re-assessments/quality assurance visits to client homes located within the South Hills of Allegheny County or Washington County.
• Coaching CAREGivers to meet performance expectations.
• Assisting the scheduling team with staffing for their clients.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated core values of respect, compassion, integrity and self-motivation in the workplace.
• BA/BS degree in Gerontology, Social Work or related field preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistants, LPN, OT, PT, or Respiratory Therapists with experience working with seniors and/or as a team lead are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with client management in home based and community services is ideal.
• Must be able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication.
• Required to have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Valid PA Drivers License, current auto insurance, reliable vehicle and clear background check required
